Overview
Junxion is an award-winning international consultancy with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, and London. For 25+ years, they’ve advised clients on strategy, sustainability, and social impact — from multinationals and courageous startups to nonprofits and purpose-led brands.
Working with Junxion Strategy has been one of our longest design relationships. Not only have we evolved the Junxion brand in print and online, but we have also developed brand identities and communications for multiple organizations globally. I still remember first hearing about their work — it inspired us then, and it still does.
Visual Communications
Over the years, we’ve supported their corporate communications by designing service brochures, impact reports, and thought-leadership papers. I might be biased, but I still love the boldness and energy of the pieces we created years ago. While the core brand identity has remained consistent, we’ve been able to evolve the look and feel of their communications — both in print and online — through the style of imagery we’ve incorporated and an expanded colour palette.
Brand Identity
As Junxion is a service-based business and the materials we produce communicate complex ideas and services our design approach is always thoughtful and strategic and follows a system throughout all of the materials we produce.
As the leadership was changing, it was an opportunity to refine the brand. In 2016, we refreshed the Junxion logo and colour palette to increase its strength and simplicity. The icon was distinct, so it remained intact as it still represented the intersection purpose and business, however a bolder font was customized to support and highlight the icon and overall created a logo that reproduced much better.
With Junxion’s mission to support some of the world’s most courageous organizations, refreshing the Junxion brand was necessary and set them up for a bolder approach in their communication online as well.
Website Design
A well-designed website with an applied design system that adheres to the brand’s identity can work effectively for years forward if released on a flexible platform that allows for regular updates.
With the vast template of tools accessible to build websites, it’s important to work with an experienced firm to define a design system with elements that will make a website feel authentic and truly reflective of the brand or organization.
In 2021, we did a deep redesign of Junxion’s website. A web styling guide was provided with font styles, and a primary and secondary colour palette — all elements to create a website intended to engage visitors and let the content to shine.
Custom icons for the key services were developed along-side direction for easy-to-execute image styling that allowed them to post a variety of content and thought-leadership pieces that were consistently on-brand.

Impact Reporting
At Twin Fish Creative, we design clear, compelling Impact Reports that share the data, progress, and commitments into a design that is consistent with other brand communications.
Producing a regular impact report is an opportunity for an organization to communicate its values, and progress towards sustainability goals and the impact they make and want to make. Not only for stakeholders, impact reporting is also great for management to reflect and consider where it’s necessary to course correct.
Each year, we assist Junxion in producing an impact report that shares the ways they are improving (or not), ways they are enhancing their own impact, and supporting clients with theirs, striving to make Junxion a purpose economy success story. It’s a proven way to earn trust with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
