Overview

With over 20 years of experience in real estate marketing and five years of collaboration with the marketing team at Diverse Properties, a top local developer in the Fraser Valley, we are proud of the projects we have created together.

Sage in East Abbotsford is a collection of five condominium buildings featuring homes with retractable glass balconies, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. Minutes away from Abbotsford’s Historic Downtown, locals enjoy a vibrant local scene of specialty stores, cozy coffee shops, and hip craft breweries.

Architecturally, natural elements inspire the exterior finishing of the buildings and make a statement with modern minimal architecture, warm natural colours and a distinct living wall. The Greenhouse, an indoor amenity, provides a hub for residents to connect, unwind, and thrive.

Brand Identity

Botanical themes and fresh air are reflected in the brand identity, colour palette, and supporting graphics to highlight the project’s unique features and amenities.

Our approach and vast experience with various digital, print and fabrication methods ensures the identity is effective across all touchpoints — from the smallest details in environments that convey quality to large display signage designed to attract attention and drive visitors to the website or sales centre.

Sales Brochure

In real estate, the printed brochure is a key touchpoint. While 3D renderings, image and the story highlight its features, the tactile experience also plays an important role. In this case, the soft, uncoated paper stock adds a sensory element, conveying a feeling that aligns with the essence of what you’re investing in — refined, accessible comfort. It’s a valuable takeaway, especially for presale projects.

Signage Design

For this real estate project, Twin Fish designed a cohesive signage system which included billboard style signage at the future site of Sage, and a signage system that guided visitors from the street to the sales centre. Functional wayfinding — readability, and fabrication details that allowed for updated Now Selling and Sold messages.

Signage deliverables included:

  • Large-format site signage and street-facing banners
  • Directional signage to the sales centre
  • Exterior sales centre graphics and window vinyl
  • Sign specifications for fabrication (sizes, materials, finishes, mounting notes)

Environmental Design

Designing for environments and working closely with architects and interior designers is a particular joy for us at Twin Fish Creative. Reflecting on the architectural features, amenities, and interior design finishing, we approach the design of the space cohesively and collaboratively. A functional space so information is easily shared with potential buyers balanced with finishing details that relay the details of the development are part of story.

From dimensional displays to custom 3D logos and typography — along with carefully selected wall materials, paint colours, and display design — the result is a visually dynamic environment. The design not only enhances sales engagement but also immerses visitors in the project, creating a truly memorable experience.
