Predator Ridge Golf Resort promises a high-end lifestyle in the Okanagan. And delivers. Through almost every touch-point including packaging their real estate offerings, we’ve helped them establish themselves as one of BC’s preeminent golf destinations.

The project initiated with a comprehensive marketing analysis involving the golf resort, real estate development and sales teams. Our objective was to create a renewed interest in Predator Ridge and its real estate offerings.

Twin Fish Creative’s involvement spanned from the initial marketing discovery sessions, through concept development, project management and execution that expanded over a few years. Our first recommendation was to refine the brand and elevate the positioning to align with the actual experience and real estate product offerings. Further recommendations included refinements to the visual identity and application guidelines to create consistency across touch-points and build distinction between the resort and real estate marketing initiatives.

Various touch-points were created to stimulate interest including custom-designed resort signage, direct mail campaigns, print and outdoor advertising, brochure collateral and websites, as well as the design of the interior sales environments and interactive displays.

The 2006 campaign was a huge success with a 60% increase in total sales from the previous year earnings and resulted in the sell-out of all 3 phases for 2 (of the 3) real estate offerings. The campaign also generated strong momentum into 2007 with another 48% increase in sales.
